Different Tea Punch
- 8 cups cold water
- 15 regular-size tea bags or 8 family-size tea bags
- 2 cups lemon juice (strained)
- 4 cups orange juice (strained)
- 6 cups grape juice (white or purple)
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 8 cups cold water
- 4 cups ginger ale or 4 cups carbonated lemon-lime beverage
- Bring 8 cups (2 quarts) freshly drawn cold water to a full rolling boil in a large saucepan.
- Remove from heat.
- Immediately add the tea bags and brew for 4--5 minutes.
- Combine remaining ingredients EXCEPT SODA in a very large container or bowl, making sure to strain the citrus juices for any pulp.
- Stir the tea and add it to the bowl of juice mixture.
- Just before serving, pour tea/juice mixture into a punch bowl over an ice ring or ice cubes.
- Add ginger ale/soda and stir to mix.
