Chicken And Tortilla Casserole Recipe

  1. Clean chicken and season with Mrs.
  2. Dash.
  3. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
  4. Grate cheeses and slice or possibly cut corn tortillas into squares, about 1 inch.
  5. Mix sauce ingredients together well.
  6. After chicken has cooled, cut into small bite-size pcs.
  7. To put casserole together, spread a small amount of chicken juice from baking on the bottom of your casserole dish to prevent sticking.
  8. Layer tortillas, chicken bits, cheese, then sauce; repeat till all ingredients are used.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees covered for 45 min; uncover, then bake for 15 min more.
