Hot And Spicy Jambalaya Recipe

  1. Remove sausage from casing and fry in oil till brown.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. Saute/fry onions, garlic and parsley in butter in a large pot till onions are soft.
  4. Add in tomato sauce and fry till thick, about 15-20 min.
  5. Add in water and cook about 10 min.
  6. Add in ham and sausage.
  7. Cook for about 15 min.
  8. Add in shrimp and cook till shrimp are pink, about 10 min.
  9. Let mix come to a boil.
  10. Add in rice and cook covered on low heat for 30 min or possibly till rice is cooked.
  11. Stir after 15 min.
  12. Serves 15 to 20.
