Steamed Herbal Chicken

  1. Bring your steamer up to a boil.
  2. Meanwhile, soak scallops and Chinese yam in some water for 10 minutes.
  3. Place chicken pieces in a heatproof bowl.
  4. Make sure bowl is large enough to contain juices that will run out.
  5. Add in fish sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce and pepper.
  6. Stir to coat chicken evenly.
  7. Drain scallops and Chinese yam.
  8. Toss in together with dates, goji berries and garlic slices.
  9. Once steamer is boiling, place bowl into steamer and steam on high for about 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked.
  10. Serve immediately with rice!
