Breakfast Egg Dish Recipe
- 6 slices of bread crumbled up
- 6 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 pound link sausage (browned and cut into pcs)
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon mustard mixed with 1/4 c. water
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese
- Mix Large eggs, lowfat milk, mustard.
- Pour over bread.
- Add in sausage and cheese.
- Cover and let sit overnight.
- Bake at 325 degree oven for 45 min.
