Trout Done Right!
- 1 whole Trout
- Salt (to Sprinkle On The Fish), To Taste
- Corn Meal (to Cover The Fish)
- Oil, For Frying
- Cut your trout in three, and sprinkle some salt according to taste.
- Then roll the pieces of fish in corn meal until theyre completely covered.
- Fill a pan with oil about halfway.
- When the oil is really hot, drop each piece of trout in and let them stay for about 10 minutes before flipping them on the other side, leaving them for another 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove to a plate and serve warm.
- Enjoy!
