White Toblerone, Strawberry and Hazelnut Blondie

  1. Whisk together the Toblerone*, butter and eggs in a large bowl until smooth.
  2. Stir in the sifted flour, sugar and baking powder.
  3. Fold in the strawberries and hazelnuts.
  4. Pour mixture into a greased and lined 18 x 28cm tin and smooth over.
  5. Bake at 160C for 45 minutes until just firm.
  6. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes then remove to a wire rack.
  7. Cut into squares and serve.
