Easy Moroccan chick pea soup
- 1 can chick peas
- 1 can tomato & onion mix
- 1 tbsp crushed garlic
- 1 tbsp chopped jalepenos
- 1/2 cup lentils
- 1/2 cup dried green peas
- 1 cup diced butternut
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 bunch fresh thyme
- 1/2 cup spring onion
- Easy vegan recipe - Bing to boil the tomato & onions, chick peas, butternut and spring onion with 1 cup of water.
- Reduce heat and add all other ingredients.
- Add 4-6 cups of water and simmer for 30 minutes in low heat.
- Serve as is or with fresh bread.
