Cheesy Chicken Noodle Casserole
- 1 stick butter
- 2 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 skinless chicken breast
- 1 bag of egg noodles
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- 1 4oz velveeta cheese sauce
- 3/4 roll of Ritz crakers
- 1 small onion
- 1 cup milk
- Preheat oven to 350
- Cut chicken into small chucks and saute in half stick of butter until fully cooked mean while cook noodles until almost done then set aside.
- Remove chicken when done then set aside
- Saute onions in the other half stick of butter until tender add cream of chicken soup 1/2cup of cheeder add pouch of velveeta gradually stir in milk.
- Cook over medium heat till cheese melts.
- Stir in chicken and noodles add salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer mixture to a 9x13 pan sprayed with Pam sprinkel with cracker crumbs bake for 20 minutes then add the rest of the cheese and cook for 5 more minutes.
