Spinach and Prosciutto White Pizza
- 1 whole Batch Fresh Or Frozen (Thawed) Pizza Dough, For A 10-inch Size Pizza
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
- 3 cups Baby Spinach
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 4 slices Prosciutto
- 1/2 cups Shredded Whole-milk Mozzarella
- Preheat oven to 500 F. Stretch out pizza dough on a large oiled baking sheet.
- Set aside to allow the dough to rest.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat half of the olive oil and the red pepper flakes.
- Once hot add the spinach and saute.
- Once spinach is cooked and wilted, remove it from the skillet and set aside to cool slightly.
- Lightly brush the dough with the remaining olive oil.
- Sprinkle garlic cloves over the top.
- Lay prosciutto slices over the pizza, then top with spinach and mozzarella.
- Bake pizza for 10 minutes, or until cheese is browned and bubbly.
- Remove from oven.
- Allow pizza to cool for a few minutes before slicing and devouring.
