Brown Rice Amaranth Bread Recipe
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 1/2 c. Pecan halves
- 1 c. Semolina flour
- 1 c. Brown rice flour
- 1/4 c. Whole wheat flour
- 1/2 c. Amaranth seed
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Vital wheat gluten
- 1 1/2 tsp Active dry yeast
- 1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 3 Tbsp. Honey
- 3/4 c. Pecan halves
- 2 c. Semolina flour
- 1 1/2 c. Brown rice flour
- 1/2 c. Whole wheat flour
- 1 c. Amaranth seed
- 1 1/4 tsp Salt
- 4 tsp Vital wheat gluten
- 2 tsp Active dry yeast
- Pour all wet ingredients into bread machine baking pan.
- Measure all remaining ingredients except yeast into baking pan.
- Sprinkle yeast over dry ingredients, being careful not to get yeast wet.
- Use rapid bake cycle on your machine for this loaf.
