Blueberry Pineapple Jello
- 2 (3 ounce) packages blackberry Jell-O
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 (16 ounce) can crushed pineapple
- 1 (12 ounce) can blueberries, not drained
- 1 cup chopped nuts, optional
- 12 pint sour cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 12 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Mix first 5 ingredients.
- Refrigerate until congealed.
- Mix final 4 ingredients and spread on congealed mixture as a topping.
