Bulgur Bread In A Bread Maker Recipe
- 1 pkt (5/16-ounce) yeast
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 1/4 c. # 2 Medium or possibly #3 Coarse Bulgur wheat
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. Boiling water
- 1 Tbsp. Dry Lowfat milk
- 1 1/4 c. 50/50 flour (white and whole wheat, combined)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Bread flour
- 3/4 c. Water
- Soak bulgur wheat in boiling water for 5 min.
- Add in yeast, flours, salt, and dry lowfat milk into the bread pan.
- Add in bulgur mix, honey, oil, and water.
- On Bread-maker, select WHITE bread, and push Start.
