Pork & Sauerkraut Recipe

  1. Step 1: Place half of sauerkraut in the bottom of roasting pan.
  2. Add in pork loin.
  3. Put remaining sauerkraut over pork.
  4. Pour tomatoes over sauerkraut.
  5. Step 2: Add in celery, carrots, onion, apple, around edge of roasting pan, sprinkle brown sugar over tomatoes and sauerkraut.
  6. Add in remaining seasonings.
  7. Step 3: Cook, covered in 325 degree oven for 3 to 3 1/2 hrs or possibly till meat is done.
  8. Baste with juice frequently.
  9. Serves 6 to 8.
