Hallibut Fish Parcel

  1. HEAT UP OIL THEN DEEP FRIED GINGER STRIP TILL LIGHLY BROWN AND CRISPY THEN DRAIN SET ASIDE
  2. BAKED FISH IN ALUMINIUM FOil
  3. Season hallibut fish with salt
  4. Place lime slice on aluminium foil then top hallibut fish
  5. Top ginger slice and spring onion then wrap up parcel and baked it at 220 C for 25 minute or longer depending on the thickness of the fish
  6. TOP 3 LIGHT SOY SAUCE ON COOKED FISH THEN IMMEDIATELY
  7. HEAT UP 3 TBSP OF OIL TILL SMOKE THEN POUR ON FISH
  8. Top deep fried ginger strip and thinly slice red chili pepper and spring onion
