Hallibut Fish Parcel
- 10 slice thinly ginger
- 1 slice thinly lime or lemon
- 2 slice hallibut fish fillet
- 1/4 cup spring onion or scallion
- 1/2 cup red chili pepper strip
- 1/4 cup spring onion or scallion
- 1/2 cup deep fried ginger strip
- 4 small cheery tomato
- 3 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp light soy sauce
- HEAT UP OIL THEN DEEP FRIED GINGER STRIP TILL LIGHLY BROWN AND CRISPY THEN DRAIN SET ASIDE
- BAKED FISH IN ALUMINIUM FOil
- Season hallibut fish with salt
- Place lime slice on aluminium foil then top hallibut fish
- Top ginger slice and spring onion then wrap up parcel and baked it at 220 C for 25 minute or longer depending on the thickness of the fish
- TOP 3 LIGHT SOY SAUCE ON COOKED FISH THEN IMMEDIATELY
- HEAT UP 3 TBSP OF OIL TILL SMOKE THEN POUR ON FISH
- Top deep fried ginger strip and thinly slice red chili pepper and spring onion
