Pasta and Beans
- 12 ounces pasta (uncooked)
- 15 ounces cannellini beans (white)
- 14 ounces diced tomatoes (drain)
- 1 12 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 12 cups light soymilk (plain)
- Cook pasta according to directions.
- In a large, non-stick skillet, heat the tomatoes and canellini beans (also add any spices or extra veggies you would like).
- Once they are heated, add the cornstarch and soymilk.
- Stir until it has thickened.
- Add the sauce to the pasta, wait for it to cool, and eat!
