Scrambled Tofu
- 1/4 cups Total Of Minced Onions And Sliced Green Peppers
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 3 ounces, weight High Quality Tofu
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 dash Garlic Powder (optional)
- 1 dash Each Of Salt And Pepper
- Saute veggies in soy sauce.
- Add mashed tofu, olive oil, and preferred seasonings to pan and stir fry to desired doneness.
- Serve with whole wheat toast.
