Seafood Casserole
- 1 pkg. (12 oz.) imitation crab meat
- 2 cups assorted uncooked pasta
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- provolone cheese (the stringier the better)
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- Old Bay Paprika, to taste
- Prepare pasta like normal.
- While the pasta is cooking combine 1/4 cup of cheese, salad dressings, and spices in a measuring cup.
- Also cut or tear the crab meat into bite size pcs.
- When pasta is ready drain and dump into a deep casserole dish.
- Add crab and sald dressing mixture.
- Stir until well coated.
- Add more dressing if nedded.
- Top with remaining cheese and bake at 400F for 5-10 minutes, until bubbly and possibly golden.
