Chinese Ginger & Horseradish Beef
- 1 1/2 lb Beef Sirloin (thinly sliced)
- 4 large Scallions (1.5" slices)
- 1 tbsp Fresh Ginger
- 1 1/2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 cup Canola Oil
- In a medium bowl, combine beef and scallions.
- To a blender, add all remaining ingredients, except oil.
- Blend until smooth.
- Combine beef and marinade thoroughly.
- Let marinate in refrigerator for 4-6 hours.
- To a large skillet over high heat, add oil.
- When hot, add marinated beef.
- Stir fry for 5-7 minutes or until beef is cooked through.
- There will be a lot of moisture released from the meat.
- Cook until liquid is almost fully cooked out.
