Chinese Ginger & Horseradish Beef

  1. In a medium bowl, combine beef and scallions.
  2. To a blender, add all remaining ingredients, except oil.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Combine beef and marinade thoroughly.
  5. Let marinate in refrigerator for 4-6 hours.
  6. To a large skillet over high heat, add oil.
  7. When hot, add marinated beef.
  8. Stir fry for 5-7 minutes or until beef is cooked through.
  9. There will be a lot of moisture released from the meat.
  10. Cook until liquid is almost fully cooked out.
