Crockpot No Peeking Beef Tips

• 2 lb beef stewing meat
• 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10 3/4 oz.)

1. Pour uncooked stew meat in the slow cooker
2. Evenly distribute dry onion soup mix over stew meat
3. In a separate bowl mix sour cream and cream of mushroom soup
4. Pour soup mixture over stew meat being careful to not disturb the dry onion soup mixture
5. DO NOT STIR!
6. Place lid on slow cooker.
7. Cook on low for eight hours.
8. Do not remove lid until the eight hours is complete.
9. Serve over egg noodles or mashed potatoes.
10. Enjoy!
