The Ultimate BLT

  1. Heat oven to 400 Degrees.
  2. On a sheet of aluminum foil, toss together garlic and oil until well-coated.
  3. Fold and crimp to seal; roast 15 minutes or until golden and soft.
  4. Chop and place in bowl with mayonnaise; spread on bread slices.
  5. Top with arugula, basil, cooked bacon and tomato slices.
