Seasoned Rib Roast
- 1 12 teaspoons lemon-pepper seasoning
- 1 12 teaspoons paprika
- 34 teaspoon garlic salt
- 12 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 14 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 (3 -4 lb) boneless beef ribs
- In a small bowl, combine the seasonings; rub over roast.
- Place roast fat side up on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 1 3/4 hours to 2 1/2 hours or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a meat thermometer should read 145F, medium 160F, well-done 170F).
- Remove to a warm serving platter.
- Let stand for 10-15 minutes before carving.
