Banana Meringue Delight Recipe

  1. Preheat oven: 300
  2. In large bowl, beat egg whites till slightly stiff.
  3. Gradually add in sugar and cream of tartar and continue to beat.
  4. Add in vanilla and salt and continue beating till whites stand in stiff peaks.
  5. Spray 9" x 9" glassbaking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  6. spread meringue over entire bottom and sides of dish to create a crust.
  7. Bake in 300 degree oven for 45minutes.
  8. Remove and cold.
  9. After crust has cooled, prepare pudding mix according to package directions and mix in sliced bananas.
  10. Pour pudding mix into crust and sprinkle grnd graham crackers on top.
  11. Refrigerateand serve.
