Curried Stuffed Eggs Recipe
- 5 hard cooked Large eggs
- 3 tbsp. lowfat sour cream
- 1 tbsp. snipped parsley
- 2 teaspoon lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1.
- Cut Large eggs in half lengthwise.
- 2.
- Remove yolks to a bowl and mash.
- 3.
- Combine yolks and next 5 ingredients.
- Using pastry bag with star tip pipe yolk mix into egg whites.
- Chill.
- Makes 20.
