Cheeseburger Rice Skillet
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 zucchini, sliced 1/2-inch thick
- 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
- 2 cups water
- 1 (5.5 ounce) package Knorr(R) Rice SidesTM - Beef flavor
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Brown ground beef in skillet over medium to medium-high heat, stirring to crumble. Transfer browned beef to a bowl.
- Melt butter the same skillet; add zucchini and saute until just slightly softened, about 5 minutes.
- Return ground beef to skillet along with dried onions, water, Knorr(R) Rice SidesTM- Beef, chopped tomatoes, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low; cover and cook for 7 minutes. Top with cheese. Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
