Mandarin Orange Cranberry Sauce
- 1 cup evaporated Palm Sugar
- 2-25mg scoops of stevia (the tiny spoon that comes in the jar)
- 6 cups of cranberries (I used 2-3 cup bags)
- 3 mandarin oranges, peeled, cut into half, then thirds
- Heat the above together on low in waterless skillet or double boiler.
- Stir occasionally and cook until cranberries pop.
- Remove from heat, cool and serve.
