BAKER'S Caramel Brownies
- 4 squares Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate
- 3/4 cups butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 bag (397 g) Kraft Caramels
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 cup toasted, chopped pecans
- HEAT chocolate and butter over low heat until butter is melted.
- Stir until smooth and stir in sugar.
- MIX in eggs and milk until well blended; stir in flour.
- SPREAD half the dough in greased 9 inch (23 cm) square baking pan.
- COOK caramels with milk in microwave oven on MEDIUM power for 3 minutes.
- Stir until smooth; drizzle over dough.
- SPRINKLE with 3/4 cup (175) mL nuts; spoon rest of batter over top.
- Top with remaining nuts.
- BAKE at 350F (180C) for 40 minutes.
