Sour Cream and Chive Mashed Potatoes

• 4 cups hot mashed potatoes
• 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
• 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives

1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Serve immediately.
3. Garnish with additional fresh chives, if desired.
