Nutty noodles with vegetables (vegan)
- 1 lb whole wheat spaghetti
- 1/4 cup vegetable broth
- 1 onion
- 1/2 Red bell pepper
- 1/2 Green bell pepper
- 2 jalapeno peppers
- 2 cup brocoli
- 1 carrot
- 1/4 cup basil
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup soy sauce or tamari
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 2 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp agave
- 3 Green onion
- 1/4 cup peanuts
- Slightly cook veggies combine other ingredients in sauce pan
