Liver Recipe

  1. Cut liver into thin strips.
  2. Marinate in French dressing for 30 min to 1 hour in refrigerator; drain.
  3. Dip in egg and lowfat milk.
  4. Roll in saltine crackers.
  5. Fry at 375 degrees in fry pan with 2" of fat.
  6. Brown quickly.
  7. Turn heat down to 240 degrees.
