Palmetto Cheese stuffed Jalepenos

• 12 whole Jalapenos
• 12 Tablespoons Palmetto Pimiento Cheese

1. Heat up your broiler.
2. Broil jalepenos on foil lined baking sheet for 10 minutes, turning once.
3. Remove from oven and place in a plastic Ziploc bag for 10 minutes.
4. Then, put your gloves on!
5. Remove from the Ziploc bag and peel the jalepenos.
6. Remove tops, seeds and membranes while keeping pepper intact.
7. Stuff with Palmetto cheese.
8. Enjoy!
9. For those of you who are unfamilar with Palmetto Cheese it is soo super yummy!!
10. If they dont sell it in your grocery store, Google it and see if you can order it!
