Grilled Chicken Wings with Spicy Comeback Sauce
- 4 pounds Chicken Wing Pieces
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Ketchup
- 1/4 cups Red Chili Paste (Sambal Oelek/Sriracha)
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Ground Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 1 clove Garlic, Crushed
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- In a large bowl, drizzle chicken with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika.
- Spray your grill grate with non-stick spray.
- Heat your grill over medium heat.
- When grill is hot add the wings.
- Grill wings for 20-25 minutes or until crispy.
- Be sure to turn chicken halfway through cook time.
- While chicken cooks, prepare sauce.
- In a bowl, combine all of the sauce ingredients.
- Stir until completely mixed.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
