  1. Brake Matzas into crude pieces (about 1 inch each) and soak in a bowl of water until Matzas are soft (but not soggy).
  2. Filter water out and put Matzas in a deep pan.
  3. Adds eggs, milk, salt.
  4. Mix carefully so Matza's don't break.
  5. Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes on each side.
  6. Flip with the help of a large plate.
