Matzahbrai / Matzohbrai / Matzia
- 4 matzos
- 3 eggs
- 14 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt & pepper
- Brake Matzas into crude pieces (about 1 inch each) and soak in a bowl of water until Matzas are soft (but not soggy).
- Filter water out and put Matzas in a deep pan.
- Adds eggs, milk, salt.
- Mix carefully so Matza's don't break.
- Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes on each side.
- Flip with the help of a large plate.
