Basic Sweet Bread Dough (Light and Fluffy Version)
- 230 grams Bread (strong) flour
- 70 grams Cake flour
- 6 grams Dry yeast
- 25 grams Sugar
- 10 grams Condensed milk
- 4 1/2 grams Salt
- 200 ml total 1 egg + milk
- 30 grams Butter
- Put all the ingredients in a bread machine, and leave until the end of the 1st rising (or knead by hand).
- Deflate and cut into 16 portions.
- Make into rounds and leave rest for 15 minutes.
- Round off again, do a second rising for 20 minutes, and bake in a preheated 200C oven for 10-12 minutes.
