Basic Sweet Bread Dough (Light and Fluffy Version)

  1. Put all the ingredients in a bread machine, and leave until the end of the 1st rising (or knead by hand).
  2. Deflate and cut into 16 portions.
  3. Make into rounds and leave rest for 15 minutes.
  4. Round off again, do a second rising for 20 minutes, and bake in a preheated 200C oven for 10-12 minutes.
