Tropical Breakfast Sundae
- 200g tub natural yoghurt
- 100g PHILADELPHIA Mango Light Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cups toasted muesli or granola
- 4 large passionfruits
- 4 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
- Whisk together the yoghurt, Philly*, milk and honey until smooth.
- Divide half the muesli into 4 serving glasses.
- Top with half the Philly* mixture, then kiwi fruit and passionfruit pulp.
- Repeat another layer then serve.
