Teri's Marinara Sauce
- 1 lb ground beef, if desired
- 1 can garlic herb spaghetti sauce
- 1 small can diced tomatoes, I like the ones with herbs in them
- 8 oz can tomatoe paste
- 1 garlic, to taste
- 1 oregano, to taste
- 1 parsley flakes, to taste
- 2 finely chopped basil leaved
- 1/2 of 1chopped onion
- If making with meat, brown now.
- Drain off grease.
- Put into sauce pan
- saute onion in olive oil or a small amount of butter if you don't have olive oil.
- Put into sauce pan
- add all ingredients in to big sauce pan and simmer for a couple of hours
- pore over pasta.
- sprinkle with parmesan cheese
- enjoy
