Fiery Orange Sauce

• 1 teaspoon cornstarch
• 12 cup water
• 1 orange (juice and grated rind)
• 1 tablespoon soya sauce
• 1 pinch ginger
• 1 pinch crushed dried chili

1. Whisk together the cornstarch and water in small saucepan.
2. Add all other ingredients and stir over medium heat until thickened.
