Rako's Split Pea Soup
- 1 kg dried split peas
- 375 g ham steaks
- 400 g carrots
- 673 g onions
- 10 g chicken bouillon (Better Than Bouillon)
- 4 liters water
- 350 chicken stock (Homemade)
- 350 g ham steaks
- Soak the Peas over night if possible.
- Add the Water, Peas, turn the flame on.
- Chop up the ham, and saute.
- Chop the carrots, and saute.
- Chop the onions, and saute.
- Add to the soup.
- Pressure cook on high for 15 minutes.
