Cajun Reds

  1. In small skillet, melt butter; add tomatoes, red pepper and onion.
  2. Sprinkle with the Cajun seasoning.
  3. Over medium heat, cook, stirring occasionally, for 10-12 minutes or until done to your likeness.
  4. Serve with hot sauce, if desired.
