Delicious Daikon Radish Steak
- 6 pieces Daikon radish
- 20 grams Butter
- 3 tbsp Ponzu
- 1 enough to cover the daikon radish Water
- 1 dash Black pepper
- Cut the daikon radish into 1 cm thick slices, and make small cuts on one side in a crisscross pattern.
- Arrange the daikon radish in a frying pan, and pour on enough water to cover it.
- Cover with a lid and boil for 15 ~ 20 minutes until the daikon is translucent.
- When boiled, drain the water while keeping the daikon radish in the pan using the lid.
- Brown the daikon radish in the pan over heat.
- Add the butter and ponzu.
- Coat the daikon radish with golden brown.
- Serve on a plate, sprinkle with black pepper, and it's done.
