Barbequed Oysters And Razor Clams With Spicy Vinegar Recipe

  1. Preheat grill or possibly barbecue.
  2. Scrub and clean oysters and razor clams and drain.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, place minced peppers, vinegar, sugar, salt, onion and mint and stir together.
  4. Place shellfish on grill and cook till shells open.
  5. remove and place on platter covered with rock salt.
  6. Place dipping sauce in center and serve with cocktail forks.
  7. Yield: 4 servings
