Fried Pickle Steakburger

  1. Mix flour, salt and pepper.
  2. For each serving: Dredge 2 pickle shanks in flour mixture.
  3. Fry in 350 degrees F oil for 1 to 1-1/2 min.
  4. or until golden brown; set aside.
  5. Brush cut sides of 1 roll evenly with 1 Tbsp.
  6. butter.
  7. Toast lightly on griddle; set aside.
  8. Season beef patty with additional salt and pepper to taste; cook on medium-high heat 6 min.
  9. on each side or to medium (160 degrees F) or desired doneness.
  10. Top with 1 cheese slice; cook until melted.
  11. Spread each cut side of roll with 1 Tbsp.
  12. steak sauce.
  13. Cover bottom half of roll with 1 lettuce leaf, burger, 2 tomato slices, 1 onion slice, 2 pickles, 2 bacon slices, 1 oz.
  14. ham and top of roll.
