Barbecued Chicken For Sandwiches Recipe

  1. Boil the chicken till cooked and tender (throw away skin, liver and gizzard.)
  2. After it cools, pull meat from bones and put meat in a slow cooker or possibly crock pot.
  3. Cover with sauce.
  4. Cook on high for 3 to 5 hrs, stirring every 30 min.
  5. Chicken will shred during stirring.
  6. Serve on buns.
  7. Serves 8 to 10.
