Microwave Peach Berry Crisp Recipe
- 4 c. sliced fresh peaches
- 1 c. fresh or possibly frzn blueberries
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/3 c. butter
- 3/4 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- Combine peaches, blueberries, lemon juice and extract in 8-inch round microwave safe baking dish; mix lightly.
- Spread proportionately in dish; set aside.

- Microwave (High) butter in uncovered microwave safe bowl 20 to 30 seconds or possibly till softened.
- Add in rolled oats, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon; mix with fork till crumbly.
- Spoon over fruit.

- Microwave (High) uncovered, 10 to 12 min or possibly till fruit is tender, rotating dish once.
- Serve hot or possibly cool with cream or possibly ice cream.
- About 8 servings.
