Miss Stephanie's Chowder

  1. Put carrots, chopped bacon, onion, celery, and potatoes in large pot.
  2. Cover with water and boil until bacon is cooked through.
  3. Drain most of the water out.
  4. Add 3-4 cups 2% milk and stick of butter.
  5. Add flour to thicken.
  6. Cook on low heat, stirring constantly.
  7. Add ham and cook for 5 minutes.
  8. Then add bag of corn and seasoning.
  9. Serve.
