Chicken Italiano Bake
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Lower Sodium Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 onion, finely chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Italian* Low-Moisture Mozzarella-Parmesan Cheese Blend
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Place tomatoes in medium bowl.
- Add stuffing mix; stir just until stuffing mix is moistened.
- Set aside.
- Combine chicken, mushrooms and onions in 13x9-inch baking dish; sprinkle with cheese.
- Top with stuffing mixture.
- Bake 30 to 35 min.
