Chicken in Garlic Sauce

  1. Cut boneless chicken in small pieces.
  2. Marinate with one-teaspoon lemon juice and salt.
  3. Mix corn flour in 1/2 cup water.
  4. Heat oil.
  5. Add spring onion, chicken, carrot, cabbage and capsicum.
  6. Fry lightly and keep aside.
  7. Heat oil.
  8. Add garlic paste and fry for about a minute.
  9. Add tomato ketchup, Soya sauce, salt, pepper and ajinomoto.
  10. Add 1/2 cup water (or as required) and cook till boiled.
  11. Add chicken and vegetables to the sauce.
  12. Adjust seasoning.
  13. Add corn flour mixed in water.
  14. Cook for a minute.
  15. Serve hot with noodles or fried rice.
