Microwave Sandwiches Royale Recipe

• 1 c. diced lean ham
• 1 c. shredded zucchini
• 3/4 c. minced tomato, liquid removed
• 1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
• 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
• 4 English muffins, split and toasted lightly

1. Gently mix together the first 5 ingredients.
2. Top each muffin half with mix, dividing it equally amongst the halves.
3. Place sandwiches on a microwave rack and microwave on high till warm and bubbly, about 4 min.
4. Yield: 8 servings.
