Watermelon Spritzer

• 4 cups watermelon chunks, seeds removed
• 1 cup ice
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 2 tablespoons lime juice
• 2 cups seltzer water, chilled
• Mint leaves or sprigs, for garnish

1. In a blender, puree the watermelon, ice, sugar and lime juice and blend until completely liquid.
2. Pour into a pitcher and top with the seltzer water.
3. Pour into glasses and garnish with mint.
