Spicy Oil

  1. In a saucepan, combine the olive oil, paprika, chile flakes, and garlic and bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Reduce the heat to low and simmer gently for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from the heat and let cool for 30 minutes.
  4. Strain the oil into a jar, add the salt, and let cool completely.
  5. Cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
